Acceptable Use Policy
Content standards and prohibited uses for Hotel Lobby AI Video
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you upload and generate with Hotel Lobby AI Video.
Content standards: prohibited categories
You must not upload material to, or generate content with, the service that falls into any of the following categories:
- Sexual or NSFW content — sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material, including sexualized depictions of real people without their consent.
- Violence and gore — graphic violence, blood, torture, cruelty, or content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence.
- Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, or promotes discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child-unsafe content — any sexualization of minors or content that endangers children. We have zero tolerance: such content is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable).
- Deepfakes and impersonation — depicting a real person without their consent, impersonating someone, fabricating endorsements, or creating deceptive or misleading media, including fraud, scams, and political or election misinformation. Only upload portraits you own or have explicit permission to use.
- Copyright and trademark infringement — uploading or generating content that uses images, footage, music, logos, or trademarks you do not own or lack the rights to use, or that falsely implies affiliation with or endorsement by an artist or brand.
We may update these categories as the service and applicable law evolve.
Enforcement actions
If content violates this policy, we may, depending on severity:
- reject the generation job or remove the generated content;
- issue a warning;
- suspend or permanently terminate the account;
- withhold refunds for unused or affected services;
- report unlawful content and preserve related records for law-enforcement or child-protection authorities where required.
Decisions on severe violations (such as CSAM) are immediate and not subject to prior warning.
Reporting
If you see generated content or usage that violates this policy, report it to support@hotellobbyaivideo.com. Please include the content link (if available) and a short description of the violation. We aim to review every report within 72 hours and will notify the reporter of the outcome when contact details are provided.
Content moderation
We moderate content through a combination of measures:
- automated checks on uploads and generation requests, including provider-side safety filters applied by our video generation provider;
- human review of reported content and of jobs flagged by automated checks;
- removal of violating content and enforcement actions against the responsible account, as described above.
Moderation may occur before, during, or after generation. Submitting a job does not guarantee delivery if the content violates this policy.
